I have been trying to figure it out, but no logic so far.

$\begingroup$ Did you really mean to write "not needed"? At least 2 out of 3 respondents have treated this as a "which of these is not like the others" puzzle. I think the answer is
the first shape.
Because
moves counterclockwise
this moves repeatly between West and South only
and 
stay together next to each other, decide where to stay after the other two shapes move, and circular shapes always stay before the other one.
