The voters in a round table

n MPs seated arround a round-shaped table , prepared to vote for yes-or-no questions , the voting goes by rounds , in which way the voters raise their hands in case of acceptance , or hand-down otherwise , each voter votes for the majority of his two adjacent votes next time , but if one of his neighbors votes -no- and the other one votes -yes- he keeps his current choice for the next round .

Vote ends when all n voters keep their last votes for infinity whanever rounds last .
