What I love ?

Wikipedia.

It started as a small project but grew big. The related articles make it as coherent as online encyclopedias. The articles may not be deep but Wikipedia has articles on almost everything. The knowledge is fully mapped.

Blogs.

I place them near "correspondence" and "conversations". The art of conversation was born in 17th and 18th century. Correspondence came earlier. They were the only ways of exchanging ideas and informing yourself.

Blogs are used to keep contact with the world. There a few amazing people maintaining their blog.

MUDs/Telnet

Old games were made with ASCII characters or bad graphics. It was easy to code games. Many BSS and Talk Channels were created.

Esolangs/Electronic Games

I like strange things. Games that are short appeal me. It is more fun if it is derived from mathematical or physic concepts.

Site Directory

Useful and relevant sites.

OEIS

Dictionary for Integer Sequences.

Wolfram Alpha

Computational Knowledge. Wolfram Alpha can find any answer. A few persons abuse it. They will make an IRC chat bot or similar and send thousand of queries per hour. Wolfram will block the requests after a few days or weeks.
