Some of these become possible with decimal point: $$\begin{matrix} 11=.2^{0-1}+6 \\ 30=.2^{0-1}*6 \\ 35=\dfrac{20+1}{.6} \\ 50=\dfrac{20}{1-.6} \end{matrix}$$

$17 = (2*0)!+16$

$18 = 2+0+16$

$18 = (2+0+1)*6$

$19 = 2+0!+16$

$20 = (2+0!+1)!/6$

$21 = (2+0!)(1+6)$

$22 = (2+0!)!+16$

$23 = 2^3-0!+16$

$24 = (2+0!+1)*6$

$25 = (2-0-1-6)^2$

You should be able to continue on your own.
