Notice:

On each of the four sides, the two answers can be joined into a single word or phrase by adding a letter:
BRON + CHEERS -> BRONX CHEERS
STEP + OTHERS -> STEPMOTHERS
SATURN + LIAS -> SATURNALIAS
BATTLE + HIPS -> BATTLESHIPS

So the added letters spell out XMAS!
