My answer

A Date Word only contain letters used as the first letter of a month's name:

January
February
March
April
May
June
July
August
September
October
November
December

J,F,M,A,M,J,J,A,S,O,N,D

Moreover, a letter from this list should be used only once per word.

A Not Date Word is not limited by those letters.
