Jan 21, 2019 at 22:49 comment added Chowzen Good job finding the hidden message! I'll give you the check soon.
Jan 21, 2019 at 22:48 comment added Chowzen The typo in #4 is fixed. :( The intended answer to #16 is indeed rot13(Gur Ybiref Oevqtr) as shown here and reinforced for me here.
Jan 21, 2019 at 20:01 comment added user49178 @JonMarkPerry Yes, I found the same when looking it up, it just happened to be what I believed it to be called from when I first found out about it some years ago :) My memory is likely just failing me
Jan 21, 2019 at 19:49 comment added JMP WP doesn't agree, and Google gives absolutetours.com/blog/lovers-bridge, maybe 'In France, in May 2010 the city of Paris expressed concern over the growing number of love-locks on the Pont des Arts, Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor, and the Pont de l'Archevêché bridges',(en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Love_lock) but this could be any bridge with love-locks.its probably better wait for the OP to make a statement!
Jan 21, 2019 at 19:35 comment added user49178 Unless 16 is my original guess of "gur ybiref oevqtr" (it was a comment on Chris's answer I replaced with "gur ybhier oevqtr" facepalm) in which case this fits perfectly
