I took the count of each letter in the second para of the riddle, and sorted in alphabetical order of corresponding letters. For example, 'a' appears 6 times, the next letter 'c' appears only once and so on.

I was reading online about chimera and it hit me. Chimera is a fire-breathing female monster with a lion's head, a goat's body, and a serpent's tail. When Lalia says "I want it all" in her puzzle, I think she means she wants the serpent for her tail. And who's going to be the serpent? We! Remember she mentions: "You have been deemed worthy of reincarnating an especially vile member: Snake." So I think what she wants is the number 72315 and the serpent for her tail
